Hello, I’m Raisa.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist in London with over 11 years of experience. I’m multilingual and speak English, Hindi and Telugu.

Over the last decade, I have worked in different settings both in India and the UK and most recently worked as the Lead Psychologist and Head of Department at a prominent London hospital.

Commitment

As an experienced South Asian therapist, I am dedicated to assisting individuals in overcoming life's challenges. With a collaborative approach, I aim to create an environment where you and I can work together to explore and navigate life's complexities.

Utilizing a relational framework, we approach your concerns with a clinically informed perspective that avoids pathologizing.

Therapeutic Approach

I use evidence-based therapies like CBT, DBT, and ACT, and integrate them into a relational framework. This personalized approach ensures that each individual receives tailored treatment.

With a strong focus on trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity, I approach mental health challenges with a non-discriminatory perspective. I believe that you can turn your adversity into strength.

And I’m here to help you do just that.

Specialisations

I specialize in treating individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, relationship challenges, addiction, grief, loss, and intergenerational trauma. I currently offer therapy for adults only (18+) and as an Indian therapist, I have special offerings for ethnic minorities in the UK, particularly within the South Asian Diaspora.
