I use a blend of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) in my practice.
These approaches are proven to help individuals overcome challenges and achieve lasting change.

I work integratively, meaning I draw from different scientific and holistic approaches. I also try to work through an anti-oppressive lens, working to decolonise therapeutic paradigms within the South Asian community.
-
Some of the core areas I can help you with are Depression, Anxiety, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), Addictions, Trauma (particularly intergenerational and family trauma), and relationship issues.
I do not specialize in or see clients experiencing suicidal ideation or self-harming behaviours. I also do not work with clients with personality disorders or eating disorders.
If you are experiencing any of these issues, I am not the clinician for you.

Individual therapy sessions are £100 per session, and couples therapy sessions are £120 per session.

Whether you prefer a structured approach or a more flexible arrangement, I tailor the therapy experience to meet your needs.
Following our initial assessment session, I'll typically recommend the most suitable session frequency and duration for your specific needs.

I currently offer virtual therapy only. This means that you can access therapy conveniently from anywhere with online therapy sessions, and enjoy the flexibility of receiving support from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Virtual therapy is scientifically proven to be as effective as face to face therapy.
If I feel your needs may not be suitably met by virtual therapy for any reason, I will let you know this in our assessment session.
